As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Collaborating with our Sales team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for all our clients.Customer Service SpecialistResponsibilitiesProcessing orders correctly and on timeManagement of orders including order submission, modifcation, cancellationHandling of claims, returnsEntering orders into the system, issuing invoices, issuing approvalsReceiving various requests and providing information about products, receiving orders or complaintsCommunication with domestic customers via phone, emailWork in internal systems necessary for businessProcessing complaints – receiving complaints, processing complaints, issuing approvals, communication with the customer and production, processing complaints in the internal systemClosely cooperates with other departments of the companyCreates and analyses relevant reports based on superior requestPerforms other tasks upon request of the superiorRequirementsKnowledge of English languageComputer skills (MS Office); knowledge of SAP is an advantageDigital skillsSkills needed to provide services, motivation and active workGood stress managementTaking initiativesTeamworkDisciplined person with a flexible approach to workAbility to set priorities and good organization of workAn eye for detail and neatnessGood communication and presentation skillsHard-workingIndependence, time flexibilityWorking experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement)What’s in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
