• Provide assistance via phone, chats and mails from Danish-speaking clients (streaming industry)
• Address contract and billing inquiries
• Serve B2B and B2C clients
• Providing high quality customer service

• Fluency in Danish (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2)
• Communication skills and openness to working with people
• Problem solving skills

• Contract of employment or contract of mandate
• Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts per day (including breaks), between: Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00
• Salary: 10 000 – 11 000 PLN gross monthly
• Full remore or work from the office in Warsaw
