• Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound).
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services

contributing to the success of our client. * Dealing with cancellations and refundsExpectations:

• Dutch C1 and English B2 (both spoken and written)
• Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)
• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
• Previous experience in customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is welcome

Offer:

• Salary: 10 000 PLN gross monthly
