Customer Service Specialist with Finnish and English

• Provide assistance via phone, chats and mails from Finnish-speaking clients (streaming industry)
• Address contract and billing inquiries
• Serve B2B and B2C clients
• Providing high quality customer service

• Fluency in Finnish (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2)
• Communication skills and openness to working with people
• Problem solving skills
