• Answering incoming phone calls and mails from Slovenian-speaking clients (medical industry)
• Providing clients with technical support
• Providing high quality customer service

• Fluent communication in Slovenian (C1/C2)
• Basic knowledge of English (A2/B1)
• Basic computer skills
• High level of empathy
• Good time management
• Problem solving skills
• Experience in customer service nice to have / interested in gaining new type of experience

• A full-time position
• Work remotely from Poland
• Employment of contract
• Monday – Friday 8:00-16:00 (8 hours per day)
• Monthly salary 7300-7500 pln gross
