• Supporting B2B customers (resellers, system integrators)
• Tracking calls and cales in systems
• Performing log analysis: parsing, indexing, pattern recognition, correlation analysis, etc.
• Managing escalations by logging and tracking cases in systems
• Securing and deepening client retention, contributing to an excellent customer support and recognizing/promoting suitable products and services
• Technical advice including configuring software and servers

Expectations:

• Fluency in Spanish/ Italian and English (B2)
• Knowledge of network equipment (firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points)
• Good knowledge of some of the following: HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java, C++, or other OOP

Offer:

• Contract of employment or contract of mandate
• Salary: 6700 pln gross
• Stationary work in Warsaw
• Work Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
