Sound interesting?So, come and join our Customer Service team in Italy as In-Vitro Customer Service Team Leader.The Customer Field Service Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of field service engineers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. The Team Leader will coordinate service activities, support to team members and act as a liaison between customers and Siemens Healthineers.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor field service engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.

• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share updates, and promote best practices.

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

• Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing education for field service technicians.

• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

• Ensure that all field service operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

• Promote a culture of safety within the team by conducting regular safety briefings and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in a field service role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position

• Strong technical knowledge related to Laboratory Solutions

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

• Good and fluent English in both written and oral communication

• Resident in Lazio area (preferably in Rome).
