Don’t miss this opportunity.At QuantWare, the world’s leading producer of commercial quantum hardware, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Success Engineer to join our team.The impact of the roleTo expand our team we’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer based in The Netherlands. In this role you will be directly impacting the revenue of the company through your technical abilities working in pre-sales as well as post-sales mode. You’ll be working with prospective customers, advising them on the right quantum strategy and designing the right quantum solution for them. You’ll own the customer success mission and assist newly converted customers in realising their quantum roadmap. You’ll also engage with the existing customer base to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities. Finally, you’ll act as a bridge between the customers and the product team to define our own product roadmap. You will be representing the company during events to engage with existing customers & partners and to build new relationships. You will have the opportunity to work on relevant areas such as pricing, product, and customer relationship management in a highly entrepreneurial setting.
