Job Description:We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Customer Success Performance Project Manager Intern in our Paris office. We offer strategic solutions that impact performance and elevate the customer experience of some of the world’s most iconic premium and luxury brands.What you will be doing:You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and support our international Customer Success team with a variety of operational and cross-functional tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• CRM Database Maintenance: Perform regular health checks on CRM data entries, monitor system usage, and contribute to maintaining data quality and consistency. Assist in updating and managing FAQ content to support internal users.
• Client Management Support: Assist in preparing project Forecasts, support the Invoicing process, and help manage CXG’s data visualization platform to ensure accurate and timely access to client insights.
• Event & Internal Activities Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of internal initiatives and client-facing events, including logistical support and coordination across departments.
• Training Materials & Content Coordination: Help create and update training documents, and coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate, clear and interactive content.

Requirements:What you will bring along:This role requires interest in retail/luxury industry, and you should have the below:

• Perfect English skills (both oral & written)
• Organizational skills & Project Management
• Attention to detail
• Excellent Excel & Power Point skills
• Autonomy in tasks management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Data visualization skills would be greatly appreciated
