What will you do?🔹 Reach out to potential clients and build long-term relationships based on trust
🔹 Identify key decision-makers and spark their interest
🔹 Create and update training materials and internal guidelines
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
🔹 Cooperate with clients and stakeholders to ensure fast and effective solutionsWhat do we expect?✅ 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or international environment
✅ Understanding of supply chain management
✅ Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (a plus)
✅ German at C1 level and English at least B1
✅ Advanced Excel skills
✅ Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
✅ Confident communication skills and a client-first attitude
