• Maintain and create simultaneously **strong relationships with existing customers.
• **Problem-solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat.
• Control and **follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Provide information about **products/services/policies
• Document Interactions

**Your Profile

• Proficient level of German and English expert speaker.
• You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
• You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
• Excellence in communicating and problem-solving.
• Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus!
