This position is primarily responsible for providing inbound telephone customer support, accurately assessing the nature of calls or inquiries. The Customer Support Clerk will communicate daily with internal and external customers through various channels including phone, fax, and email. Additionally, this role involves inputting and processing shipments, both domestic and international, in compliance with UPS and local government policies.What you’ll do:Working in two shifts, from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00, you’re responsible for screening and managing incoming calls to ensure timely and effective customer support. You will accurately input data into UPS systems within specified deadlines and review, check, and forward legal documentation as required. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Management team as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor when addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Collaboration with team members will be essential as you work together to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.What you’ll get

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient typing skills with an accurate speed of 40+ words per minute.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
