Fluent Germanlanguage skills
Upper-intermediate English skills
1 year of experience in customer service
Open for working in shifts – service window: M- F: 8AM-8PM

Customer-centricity mindset, and problem-solving skillsIf you join them, yourresponsibilitieswill be:Oversee important client relations, guarantee top-notch service, and regularly meet face-to-face with clients
Handle phone inquiries, ensuring alternative products are suggested when needed
Manage the group mailbox to process orders daily and address inquiries promptly
Create tickets for updating customer data and handle credit notes for pricing or delivery issues
Log all customer feedback promptly, follow up on tickets, and provide timely responses
Coordinate with the warehouse team for product logistics and customer inquiries
Offer swift and precise feedback to the Customer Service Team Leader
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and foster strong relationships with clients, the Commercial team, and other departments.What they offer:Competitive salary
