The range of work you’ll undertake is wide and varied – you will define and deliver innovative solutions across 5 domains: Strategy and Transformation, Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, OT Security and Identity & Zero Trust. You will lead engagements with top clients in both private and public sectors.As a thought leader and subject matter expert, you’ll drive advisory excellence while mentoring a team of skilled consultants and expanding our presence across the region.What are we looking for?This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in a significant growth area within Eviden. We seek a seasoned professional with a rich combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capability.Essentials:

  • 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security management in mid-to-large organizations.
  • Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CCSP, or similar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrable expertise in a core domain (e.g., Strategy, Cloud, OT Security) and the ability to advise on others.
  • A proven track record in client engagement, delivery leadership, and driving innovation.
  • A passion for mentoring teams and building best practices in Cyber Security.

  • An established professional network in Dutch Cyber Security.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to achieve a €2.5M annual sales target.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead engagements, ensuring excellence in client delivery, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor consultants to foster professional growth and team cohesion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to integrate digital Cyber Security solutions into clients’ visions and operations.
  • Contribute thought leadership and represent the company as a subject matter expert.
