• Manager level experience in the field of IT Security, IT Internal audit, business consulting, or cyber services, including experience of cyber standards (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, etc.).
• Experience in conducting IT security assessments and leading projects across organizational boundaries.
• Strong interest in Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery Planning procedures, as well as IT security awareness techniques.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels, with proven interpersonal skills and relationship-building experience.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen, with a focus on understanding cyber risks to business processes and technology.
• Key certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, ISO 27001/22301) would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.

Your future role

• Managing projects in strategy, governance, and transformation, both locally and in international team settings.
• Identifying client challenges and expectations.
• Developing and executing cybersecurity strategies, engaging with clients to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Leading client workshops and discussions, assessing their current state and defining strategies for cyber improvement.
• Presenting project results to clients, including C-Level stakeholders, and managing engagement quality, risk, and economics.
• Developing market-oriented services and represent Deloitte at industry events to strengthen market presence.
