We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:(Cybersecurity) Security Controls ConsultantResponsibilities: The Security Controls Consultant will serve as a key figure in assessing applications against our full spectrum of security controls. This role requires conducting in-depth assessments and delivering reports that highlight the current security posture versus our targeted requirements.– Conduct assessments of applications to ensure security compliance and identify gaps.
– Develop reports on security posture with actionable recommendations.
– Define, implement, and monitor operational controls aligned with cybersecurity objectives.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to execute remediation plans and improve security.
– Provide regular reports on cybersecurity controls’ status, coverage, and effectiveness to senior management.Requirements: – Broad knowledge of Cybersecurity – concepts, requirements, operations.
– Understanding of metrics and measures in managing risks and controls (KCIs, KRIs, KPIs)
– Ability to translate difficult IT concepts into business-friendly language.
– Experience with Technology risks and controls.
– Technical writing skills and highly proficient use of written English is required to ensure quality output to articulate Control, Policies, Procedure and Standards gaps and requirements
