We serve over half of the worldwide merchant fleet with products and services, and supply crew and technical management for some of the most complex vessels in the world.To support our team we are now looking for a new colleague to join us as Cylinder Coordinator.Main responsibilitiesEnsure correct registration of cylinder transactions in the system, monitor and solve cylinder deviations.Close relationship with the customer about all cylinder commercial issues and challenges in cooperation with Sales and Customer Service.Monitor, report, and follow up on customers’ complaints/non-compliance with the cylinder business models agreed and to secure the correct administration of the cylinder assets in customers’ possession.Carrying out analyses of cylinders onboard customers’ vessels and address irregularitiesOptimize cylinders turnaround onboard customers’ vessels in cooperation with Sales and Customer Service.Your profileFluent in English – we communicate in English on a daily basisAdvanced knowledge of ExcelAbility to work under pressure and on own initiativeExcellent skills in interaction, communication, organization and executionAbility to adapt and respond to changesGood analytical skills, attention to detail and follow-throughBachelor or similar degree in business related studies or relevant work experienceBy joining us you will recieve:Private medical care premium packageMultisport cardGroup life insuranceFlexible working hours, start between 7 to 9The option of a hybrid work model (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)Access to the MultiLife platform (including free cinema tickets and e-books from Legimi)Ability to work using the English languageModern office located in the city centerComprehensive onboarding, exciting challengesSocial events and well-being initiatives (your comfort is important to us)Online English course with native speakersFresh fruits & vegetablesSounds interesting?
