Job description

Southside Travellers Action Group is seeking a D1 mini bus driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of our passengers while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:  Maintaining the vehicle in a safe and clean condition.  Recording the mileage of the vehicle.  Picking up and dropping off passengers at designated locations.  Assisting passengers with boarding and exiting the bus.  Communicating effectively with passengers and providing excellent customer service.  Safely operating the bus while following all traffic laws and regulations.  Complying with safety regulations.  Reporting and keeping records of any incidents.  Ensuring passengers comply with safety precautions, such as wearing seatbelts and remaining seated when the vehicle is in motion.  Completing relevant health and safety training.  Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.  Performing any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or line manager. Qualifications and Experience:  Possession of a valid D1 driver’s license  Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers  Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Excellent time management and organisational skills If you meet the above requirements and are excited to be part of our dedicated team, please submit your application and resume to Southside Travellers Action Group
