We are seeking a dynamic and experienced D365 SCM Production Consultant to join our team, playing a key role in the implementation of D365 SCM for two large manufacturing plants in the APAC region.The ideal candidate for this role is expected to possess a strong understanding of supply business processes, with a specific focus on Production and associated functionality configurations within D365 SCM.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all aspects of the solution implementation, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application, particularly in D365 SCM (production planning & execution)Collaborate with the Project Manager and other internal and external teams to ensure comprehensive requirements aligned with business objectives and a full understanding of current business processesProvide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics SCM, evaluating customer business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionalityDemonstrate experience in the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, understanding key activities and deliverables for client engagement and internal projectsDocument business requirements, expressing the necessary actions and expected outcomes of the solutionConfigure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet customer business requirementsFacilitate customer decision-making processes and develop functional design documents for any required modifications/customizationsConduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics applicationPossess industry experience and an understanding of challenges and risks in implementing vertical applicationsRequirements2 to 5 years of consulting experience in business applications with a focus on business modeling and software implementationDemonstrated ability to analyze and understand business problems, model data and processes, conduct workshops and training sessions, and plan and carry out system and user acceptance testingFamiliarity and experience with core application functionality, application technology stack, implementation methodology, and industry knowledgeHigh degree of insight and analytical skillTeam-oriented; willing to align work with the team’s priorities and goalsAbility to influence, negotiate, and build consensusStrong time management skills and multitasking abilitiesSkilled in organizational changeNice to haveSuccessful completion of applicable product certification examsWe offer/BenefitsWe gather like-minded people:
