As a Data Steward at the Customer & Digital Data Office, you will play a key role in developing a data-driven culture within NN. In this position, your primary focus will be to enhance the value of customer data across various Business Units within our organization. The Data Steward of the Data Analytics Platform of Customer & Digital is responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and usability of data within the data warehouse environment. This role acts as a liaison between the data governance and business stakeholders to facilitate effective data usage, compliance, and reporting. • Collect, interpret and analyze information regarding bottlenecks and developments in data processes
• Be the single point of contact for data quality issues related to the data analytics platform
• Ensure the correct analysis and solution of data quality issues
• Monitor the required data quality
• Manage relevant meta data and data products in Collibra and/or Data Bricks Unity Catalog
• Asses data request from a functional perspective
• Draft and review Data Exchange Agreements with different Stakeholders
• Support on implementing Data Quality controls

Who you areYou are a data enthusiast, who is passionate about data usage and data quality. You have a strong analytical mind and you can translate data issues into clear and actionable solutions or actions. You are a proactive and collaborative team player, who can communicate effectively with various stakeholders and influence them positively. You are organized and like working with various stakeholders. Furthermore, you have:

• A relevant academic degree, with a focus on Data Science, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Preferably experience in data governance, data quality and data management
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, methodologies and best practices, such as DAMA-DMBOK
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in working with Microsoft Azure and Data Bricks
• Preferably having worked with Data Products before
• SQL expertise

The Data Office consists of 11 colleagues who all aim to improve data quality, data management and collaboration within and between Business Units. You will also be working with the Data Analytics Platform team of Customer & Digital for whom you will the Data Steward.The Data office team thrives on collaboration, often working together to brainstorm ideas and tackle challenges.
