We, the Data Analytics team at Equativ, maximize Equativ’s efficiency by enabling easy and permanent access to quality data, valuable insights & rigorous thinking. Our responsibility is to ensure our local and central teams, clients and partners, make informed business decisions. To do so, we leverage huge volumes of data (Equativ handles 150Bn Auctions per day) in a state-of-the-art tech stack (AirFlow, Snowflake, Tableau…) in order to provide actionable insights to all teams at Equativ!

✏️ What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the Product Analytics Manager and a dynamic team of 15 analysts within the Analytics team.
• Support the product team in solving challenges through advanced analyses, providing actionable insights and sanity checks on new features, and prioritizing roadmap topics based on estimated business value.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards used by product and service teams, enabling them to better understand their customers’ performance and achieve their objectives.
• Develop your technical knowledge of our product, growing to proactively identify areas of concern, and propose corrective actions to optimize client setups and buying strategies and ultimately drive Equativ’s revenue growth.
• Depending on your interests and skills, you may also:

– Develop and maintain data tools tailored to specific use cases.- Participate in sourcing, continuously enriching our databases with new internal data.

Collaboration

• Engage with Product, Product Marketing, and R&D leaders and teams to align on recent deliverables, understand upcoming needs, and prioritize effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams serving our B2B Marketplace, driving actions based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure widespread adoption of metrics and reports through effective internal go-to-market strategies (beta-testing, communication, training, and continuous optimization).

About you

• You are curious, love solving problems, and want to develop your autonomy and expertise
• Excellent communication skills and ability to form recommendations and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative or business field (Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Finance, etc.)
• You are fluent in English
• Technical knowledge of SQL is a must
• Basic knowledge of reporting software (Tableau)
• Python and other programming languages are a plus
