You will be part of our Data & Analytics department consisting of 60 colleagues, who all share the same passion for data and who actively drive the data agenda across BESTSELLER. Our goal is to deliver value to our end stakeholders such as JACK & JONES and ONLY BRAND HOUSE, ensuring that satisfaction and quality are always on the radar. More specifically, you will join 9 dedicated professionals in our Wholesale team, sharing the passion for creating products and making good products even better. To achieve this, we create tools that automate decisions with data and insights.YOUR JOB
Our everyday work is implementing new solutions to our data model and datasets, all done in close collaboration with our brands, markets, and other core functions.Your role in this will be to:

• Maintain, develop and improve Power BI datasets focusing on performance and business relevance
• Develop, maintain, and burst central Power BI reports
• Monitor our Power BI capacity and follow-up with users in case of inappropriate consumption
• Support the development of new data products

As Data Analyst in our Wholesale team, you will play a significant role in developing our current data models, collect stakeholder needs, suggest great solutions and transforming our current Data Warehouse environment into a more future-proof Data Mesh setup. More specifically, your tasks include:

• Optimizing data modelling
• Complex DAX requests for data models or for stakeholders
• Incorporate stakeholder needs into current and future data models
• Participate in meetings with several stakeholders to discuss needs and potentials solutions

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious about new methods and technologies, and who approaches challenges with thoroughness and a systematic, analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of the wholesale consumption of our Power BI capacity, ensuring high performance across the organization. It will be beneficial to have a deep understanding of stakeholder management, enabling you to grasp business needs and effectively communicate these insights to Product Owners and Developers. Furthermore, you are comfortable challenging both internal processes and external solutions to drive continuous improvement.Moreover, we imagine you:

• Have min. 1-2 years of experience with Data modeling and DAX.
• Have a technical understanding of Tabular Editor, Power BI, and Basic SQL.
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
