Are you a Data Analyst looking for a new opportunity? If so, come and join us here at G4S. We
are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to assist the business in the collation, manipulation,
understanding and presentation of data from our data systems. To assist with the upkeep,
maintenance and troubleshooting of databases’ data integrity and data-driven processes used
by the business.You need to be able to use data and data-driven decisions to enhance business processes or
suggest changes that will ultimately lead to higher levels of productivity, lower costs or increased
profitability. Produce insightful information, by combining various data sources that will drive
enhanced business performance and highlight business vulnerabilities, process gaps, errors or
data inconsistencies.With your knowledge and experience you will:Support the Product Manager and other managers in the obtaining, collation and
understanding of system data as directed.
Production of easy to use, repeatable data analyses that can be used in whole or in
part as departmental KPI’s to drive better performance.
Development and maintenance of internal reporting systems to improve quality and
speed of reporting.
Develop, maintain and update departmental reports and analyses, using all available
tools.
Develop and maintain data-driven departmental operational processes, as required
Act as liaison with IT Shared Services as regards database-related projects and
system developments
Using data and ongoing assessment of company processes to highlight possible
areas of improvement or areas of riskYou will need to have:Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms
Microsoft Access
Good time management skills;
Experienced in meeting project deadlines and maintain your own prioritised workload
To write clear, well structured reports and instructionsTo communicate at all levels as well as to communicate technical meaning to non-
