Our client is an international legal service provider recognized for its expertise and the quality of its advice. They are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst – Website & Marketing Optimization to join their team in Belgium.

Analyze marketing campaigns, ROI, and business development data to drive strategic decisions.
Conduct in-depth customer analysis to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Optimize website performance, oversee CMS management, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Utilize HubSpot for tracking data, implementing dashboards, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Manage data enrichment processes, integrating external databases (e.g., BnBackstreet) for improved data quality.
Leverage databases for comprehensive business insights.
Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations using Power BI or other relevant tools.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analytics, website optimization, and marketing performance analysis.
Experience with HubSpot, CMS management, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and data enrichment strategies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
