With these values at the core of our business, our workplace employs 110,000 diverse, cohesive team members who hold each other accountable and encourage each other to create a safe, and inclusive work environment.YOUR ROLEThe BD Data Analyst role is to consolidate, analyze and interpret data to support business development initiatives, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance customer engagement.The BD Data Analyst is instrumental in providing monthly reports and dashboards to the BD community, also contributing to the “OneData program” and deploying new reporting and dataviz tools in the BD network (regions, products, sectors).WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Develop & maintain monthly reports & dashboards to track key performances indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Consolidate & automate data collection in close collaboration with BI teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies
• Contribute to key data transformation program (OneData)
• Support the development and implementation of data analytics tools and systems

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• Master’s degree in data science or engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Experience Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within a business development context.
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
• Specialist Knowledge & Skills Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python) data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, QlikSense)
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques, advanced analytics and AI.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable in a multicultural context
