What you’ll do

You will become a member of SAP’s Enterprise Analytics family within the Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) unit. Our mission is to transform the creation and consumption of innovative data products and analytical insights in the cloud, paving the way for excellence in management and artificial intelligence throughout SAP.

As a Data & Analytics Senior Engineer in the Services Delivery & Renewal Analytics team, you will play a vital role in supporting internal SAP initiatives aimed at developing analytical data products and successfully delivering standard analytics, with a specific focus on SAP’s Customer Services & Delivery organization. By collaborating closely with your SAP internal business process and operations partners, you will design and model new intelligent analytical data products and scenarios, while ensuring synchronized delivery across various functions within SAP’s Enterprise Analytics family.

We are seeking candidates who possess a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field and demonstrate the following competencies:

-Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills
-Proficiency in problem-solving with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
-Results-oriented while maintaining a focus on quality
-High analytical abilities combined with passion for work
-Exceptional team player who can lead, guide, and collaborate effectively
-Expertise in agile project management with relevant experience
-Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence
-Fluent in English
-At least 5 years of professional experience in Analytics, Controlling, Operations, or a related area, including experience with analytical tools
