In 2024 Italdesign obtained the Top Employers Certification for the ninth consecutive year.Italdesign is looking a creative and accurate Data analytics Specialist, who will be employed in the ICT department of the Italian site of Italdesign. S/He will be responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development.As Data Analytics Specialist you will be part of the internal digitalization activities for Italdesign and for the development of customer tailored digital solutions. Here are some of the responsibilities:Responsibilities

• Engage continuously with customers and stakeholders by Agile practices
• Build effective and visually rich presentations to represent data in a meaningful way
• Management of large data collection, ingestion and building models to address business problems
• Works in a Product oriented organization to support both Italdesign Corporate IT and Customer dedicated needs

Key requirements

• Agile Scrum values strong awareness and projects experience
• Minimum 3-years experience in the data science field
• Data visualization frameworks (Grafana, Kibana, AWS QuickSight)
• Microsoft Business Intelligence stack and data integration tool (ETL, Analysis Services and PowerBI)
• Enthusiast about the Data Science, knowledge of Machine Learning and AI models
• Experience on RDBMS main platforms and NoSQL databases
• Demonstrates strong competences of data modeling and understanding of standards, quality policies and data accuracy needs
• Problem-solving attitude to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in international projects
• Agile Scrum certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)

Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, ComputerEngineering or similar;Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
