• 7 + years in designing larger-scale data, ML, or enterprise platforms.
• 3 + years building cloud-first AI platforms.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native AI and data services (Data Lake, Synapse, Fabric, ADF, Databricks) or similar AWS/GCP stacks.
• Experience in productizing Gen-AI copilots or RAG systems in large, multi-national environments.
• Strong grasp of RBAC, encryption, and compliance frameworks; proven record meeting GDPR/HIPAA.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT orchestration, and MLOps automation.
• Skilled communicator who simplifies complex topics and influences without direct authority.
• Strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with near-term delivery.

Nice to have qualifications

• Contributions to open-source AI or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Fabric, or OpenAI services.
• Exposure to Power Platform, Langchain, N8N, or other no-to-low-code tools.

Cześć!Valtech is looking for an Enterprise Data & AI Architect to shape our end-to-end data and AI landscape. You will own the technical strategy, design, and technical roll-out of a secure, governed, and future-proof AI eco-system that creates automation of workflows in our services across the business. By working at the intersection of our business, legal, compliance, cyber security, and IT, you’ll convert ideas into scalable solutions and thereby raise AI literacy company-wide. ,[Define a data & AI architecture, around a Microsoft core, that covers ingestion, metadata and cataloging, orchestration, and AIOps. , Define and own the technical data & AI architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs, security, governance, and ethical-AI standards., Ensure data strategies and requirements are clear for innovations; establish data classification requirements, RBAC, quality, and compliance guardrails in partnership with Data Protection and Legal (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.)., Architect storage, infrastructure, and observability, to cater for out-of-perimeter data sharing., Collaborate with procurement and security to vet AI vendors and ensure contractual and architectural fit., Technical lead from proofs of concept to scaled AI solutions. This covers both connecting and consolidating existing innovations and designing/architecting net-new ones., Document patterns and best practices to enable rapid, repeatable delivery from proof of concept to scaled AI solutions. ] Requirements: Machine learning, AI, Data engineering, GDPR, Enterprise software, Architecture, Azure Tools: Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
