Following the change in management the business is undergoing a period of rapid change with a focus on hiring top talent across all departments.What will you do…

• Maintain and enhance existing spreadsheets, macros, Power BI reports, and data models.
• Design and develop complex spreadsheets and reports to meet evolving business needs.
• Automate reporting processes and create interactive dashboards for different stakeholders.
• Produce internal reporting for daily and weekly performance management updates.
• Conduct trend analysis and respond to ad-hoc information requests as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss and capture user journeys and business requirements for new and updated products.
• Design and manage technical tickets for developers, ensuring comprehensive details are provided for efficient implementation, including problem statements, business context, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.

RequirementsWhat should you have?

• Availability to work in an office-based role.
• Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulae
• Intermediate VBA skills.
• Basic SQL query writing and data extraction skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data and solution-oriented thinking.
• Methodical approach with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Inquisitive mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, including requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
• Experience with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.
• Background in FX/financial services/fintech industry.
• Degree educated with a relevant numerical degree (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science).
