Eames is currently partnered with a speciality insurer that is looking for a Data Business Analyst to join its central data team and contribute to its data modernisation programme.This hybrid role pays circa £65,000 plus benefits and bonuses. You will be working from home 2 – 3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements for speciality insurance projects.
• Analyze data from various source systems and perform data flow mapping.
• Translate business needs into technical data solutions and align with industry standards.
• Support data governance, develop technical documentation, and guide throughout the data lifecycle.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Hands-on data business analysis experience in insurance, preferably London Markets.
• Support projects from a data perspective and assist with Analytics & Insights initiatives.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality improvement.
• Proficiency in data modelling, ETL processes, tools like SQL, Power BI, and Informatica, and an understanding of SDLC methodologies.
