Data Governance Analyst Birmingham (hybrid) £40,000 to £50,000 per annum PermanentI am currently recruiting for a Data Governance Analyst to join a growing team in the Midlands. You will support the Data Governance Lead in implementing and maintaining the organisation’s data governance framework.Data Governance Analyst – What will you be doing?

• Helping to develop and articulate the data governance vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Supporting the activation and enforcement of the data governance program.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring best practices are adhered to.
• Ensuring master data is accurately represented, consistently defined and easily accessible.
• Supporting the Data Governance Manager in leading and facilitating meetings, driving decision-making processes and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Data Governance Analyst – What will you need?

• Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Experience handling MDM initiatives.
• Proficient in data management tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in agile project management.
