YOUR FUTURE TEAM 

This role sits in the Global Integration Solution & Architecture team at L’Oréal which focuses on data exchange, API and Event design, as well as mediation/middleware architecture. 

The Integration Analyst oversees the design of high-volume, real-time or batch data exchanges, including API, Events, and Microservices Architecture. They provide analysis and specifications for data models and data mapping/translation schemas that integrate separate data sources. 

What a day in the life of the Data Integration Analyst looks like: 

Main missions 

• Work Closely with Application IT Owner to understand business requirements and data exchange needs.
• Analyze data integration performance and design improvements
• Manage planning, prioritize tasks, and deliver integration projects.
• Provide KPIs and visibility on the delivery capacity.
• Work Closely with the Integration Architecture team and Factory to secure and accelerate the delivery.
• Ensure compliance with L’Oréal’s Integration Architecture Strategy
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data integration.
• Manage and coordinate the Data integration Analyst (External)

Other missions 

• Contribute to healthcare application integration strategy and implementation in the community.
• Facilitate training on integration techniques and methods, including creation of documentation for such training

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have: 

Hard skills 

• Experience in API Concept, programming concepts and Data Integration design patterns
• Experience Designing API or Webservices (REST & SOAP)
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
• Experience on at last one Integration tools of the market (Mulesoft, Workato, Boomi, Informatica, Kafka Confluent, Solace….)
• Knowledge on Cloud Integration concept (IPASS)
• Experience in leading technical deliveries (CI/CD)
• 6+ years working in Data Integration

Soft skills 

• Project management
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
• Efficient communication skills.
• Ability to understand the business and assimilate the overall business strategy of the company, the long-term needs of users/customers.
• Ability to work in a team-based setting and alone in a worldwide environment
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.

Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience in engineering and integration API architecture design.
• Proven experience in global environment with multicultural stakeholders
• Proven experience in team and project management
• Background in retail, luxe industry is preferred.
• 8 years in IT function
