At PayFit we understand that you can gain applicable skills through a variety of life experiences and we are interested in knowing them, too.About the roleThis position is based in France.Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Legal Team as a DPO & Compliance Counsel.Your main missions will be :– to be the key expert on EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other privacy law– to ensure that PayFit’s complies with its privacy and compliance obligations.You will be responsible for:– Developing and implementing PayFit’s compliance program and supporting the business on any compliance topics– Providing expert support to various stakeholders (Product, Security, Customer Support, Sales, etc.) on privacy-related matters– Raising awareness on data protection among our employees, in particular by leveraging the network of Privacy Champions– Drafting DPIAs and any other type of documents (process, guidelines, template) necessary to improve PayFit’s compliance– Providing expert support on breach management process.The role is made for you if:
