Research and develop cutting-edge AI and data science algorithms Analyze data to uncover insights and inform algorithm development Incorporate system constraints into algorithm and dataset design Design experiments and create high-quality labelled datasets Plan and manage projects using Agile methodologies Document and present solutions using diagrams, code, and performance metrics Stay current with the latest tools, techniques, and academic research MSc or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field 1-4 years of experience applying data science to real-world problems Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, Simulink, and C/C++ Experience with algorithm optimization, embedded deployment, and automatic code generation Familiarity with signal processing and machine learning for power systems is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Experience with Agile development and mentoring is desirable A track record of academic publications or intellectual property generation is a bonus
