Data Scientist Internship (6months)

Be a Part of a Team Where You Will Contribute to:

• Data Preparation: Clean, format, and manipulate data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and compatibility using tools like Python Pandas.
• Data Extraction: Write and execute SQL queries to extract, filter, and aggregate data from databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• API Calling: Perform data extraction from APIs, manage data integration, and handle API authentication and requests to gather real-time data.
• Web Scraping: Develop Python and Beautiful Soup scripts to collect and store website data, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Team Support: Address ad-hoc data requests, provide regular reports, and automate data processes to assist various departments.
• Occasionally: help to maintain and improve existing PowerBi dashboards, work on ML/Deep Learning projects.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

• Working towards master’s degree in computer science, data science, Informatics
• Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
• Completed coursework in machine learning, data formatting, and statistical analysis, applying learned concepts in real-world scenarios
• Experience in programming languages including Python, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Must be fluent in English

Practical Information

• Ideal starting date: ASAP
• Duration of the internship: 6 months
• You must be able to provide a 6-month internship agreement from your educational institution (mandatory).
