As a Data Scientist at Terma, you will:

• Develop advanced AI solutions – Work with sometimes large and sometimes small amount of data, leveraging deep learning models to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Take ownership for data and AI modeling for key projects – Take responsibility for AI solutions that address real-world challenges in multi-domain operations (maritime, land, air, space, and cyberspace).
• Ensure top-tier quality and security – You’ll be handling classified information and mission-critical systems, requiring both innovation and adherence to military-grade security standards.
• Collaborate and engage with end users – Your work will directly impact defense operations, so understanding real-world applications is crucial.

Education & Experience:

• A degree in Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with AI/ML deployment, programming (Python), data manipulation, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and containerization tools such as Docker.
