We are working with a client of ours how are looking for a Database Implementation Engineer to deploy, test and integrate custom database tools, address technical issues and input new functionalities.

You will be:

– Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for database functionalities and communicate them to the development team.
– Test, debug, and validate newly implemented features in the database tool to ensure they align with requirements and resolve any identified issues.
– Configure and support the deployment of database functionalities while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
– Train customers and end-users on the tool’s features, providing clear documentation and user-friendly guidance.
– Act as the primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and addressing feedback to enhance the tool’s functionality.

You will need:

– A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on database tools or systems.
– Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
– Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate user requirements into actionable tasks for developers.
– Strong customer-focused mindset, capable of providing exceptional support and delivering clear training to non-technical users.
– Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
