Continental Europe business.As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our business operations and enhancing our

• Act as a Business Partner for various stakeholders and engage with them to continuously improve our

processes and technical solutions.

• Collect and analyse business requirements to understand the needs and objectives of the organization.
• Develop and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create detailed process models and documentation to support business operations.
• Review processes, KPIs, and other metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
• Facilitate communication between various groups and departments to ensure alignment and

collaboration.

• Manage stakeholders and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Support project implementation and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
• Assist in business transitions and change management processes.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of business process modelling tools and techniques.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Strong understanding of business models in the insurance industry and knowledge of efficient end-to-

end process designs

• Language skills: English, any further language is a plus.
• Ability to assess operational issues and deliver sustainable tactical solutions.
• Good understanding of trends the insurance market and their influence on business model designs
