Job Title: De’Longhi Customer Support Specialist with GermanJob Description The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via phone calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client’s product or services.Your responsibilities

• Customer Support: Assist customers with all kinds of inquiries and provide top-notch service before and after their purchases.
• Product Advice: Share expert advice and offer personalized product comparisons, helping customers make smart purchasing decisions.
• Call Handling: Manage phone calls, always aiming for clarity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Data & Documentation: Keep things running smoothly by managing customer data, records, and documentation with precision.
• Tech Troubleshooting: Help customers solve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Our requirements

• Fluency in German (C1 level, both written and spoken) – You’ll be our go-to expert for German-speaking customers.
• English Proficiency (B2 level) – You’ll need to collaborate with our international team and participate in training.
• Tech Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new tech tools and systems.
• Communication & Organizational Skills: You excel at communicating clearly, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• A Customer-First Mindset: You’re approachable, empathetic, and eager to solve problems and make a positive impact on customer experiences.

Optional

• Experience in customer service (especially in e-commerce, tech support, or pre/post-sales roles).
