Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionYour tasks:► Execute, validate and maintain demand planning for “core” and “event” demand on SKU/warehouse/CSO or SKU/warehouse/customer level in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing► Lead the S&OP Demand Validation meeting for the assigned regions or countries► Provide final demand to supply/inventory planning consisting of standard demand, phase-in/-out, promotions and cannibalization► Ensure forecast quality and related KPIs► Support overstock management► Act as key contact for regional sales and marketing for demand related topicsQualifications► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management► Deep knowledge about demand planning and S&OP► Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning, good knowledge in SAP ERP and Supply Chain Planning systems (addONE and/or Kinaxis Rapid Response)► Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm►Stakeholder management►Fluent in English and ideally one more language (German), good communication and collaboration skills► Problem solving mindset► Analytical and statistical skills► Product and market know-how► Ready to work in an international environmentAdditional InformationGet to know our #LikeABosch benefits.We would like to help you GROW, so we offer you:
