Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the end-to-end headcount sourcing process across all airlines of Wizz Air Group.
• Manage interaction with Commercial
• AC allocation planning
• AC utilization including crew utilization impact
• Network change planning
• Crew demand modelling/forecasting
• Ensure ULCC schedule
• Oversight of the recruitment and manpower planning process
• Ensuring crew availability and efficiency
• Leading role in process and system development
• Building and maintaining forecasting and financial evaluation tools as required
• Cross functional project management
• Cooperation with various stakeholders across the organization (Crew Planning, Operations, Training, Human Resources)

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years overall working experience, with 2+ years relevant working experience
• Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system and knowledge of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements are advantages
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Growth mindset and can-do attitude
• Ability to synthesize information into recommendations
• Good oral and written presentations skills
• Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office
