Our goal is to integrate robotics and logistics into automation solutions for pharma engineering, and demand for these solutions is growing.Your role will be critical in shaping both the technical and people development aspects of the department – ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation.Location Virum Department Automated Solutions

As Department Manager, you’ll:

• Lead resource management for projects
• Develop and grow employees in a new department
• Drive technical development in collaboration with senior specialists
• Be part of the T-management team, working alongside managers and specialists.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• MSc or PhD in mechatronics, electrical engineering (automation/robotics), or chemical engineering (process control)
• Min. 3 years of experience working with automated solutions
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
