As a Deputy Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive student recruitment digital marketing strategy aligned with our university’s goals. You will lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation as we get to grips with our new martech stack Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will identify target markets, craft compelling messaging, and design effective digital recruitment campaigns. Your data-driven insights will continuously enhance campaign performance, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you should bring proven experience in senior marketing positions, with a focus on digital campaigning and preferably within the higher education sector. Your exceptional leadership and team management skills will be crucial in driving your team to achieve outstanding results. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your strategic mindset and innovative approach will guide the development and execution of cutting-edge marketing plans.

This position is offered on a fixed term basis for 1 year. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week). Job share arrangements may be considered.
