• Qualified Teacher Status is desirable but not essential
• An outstanding Academic record, including a very good Bachelors degree
• Excellent record as a Teacher, Manager and leader
• High professional standards
• A Track record of outstanding leadership and management in education
• Experience of Managing change
• Natural leadership qualities
• A commitment to educational excellent
