Are you an experienced Deputy Estates Manager ? Do you want to work in a NHS Trust ? Are you based in West London ?Job Description;NHS Experience is desirable.

• Extensive experience of working within the field of Estates Services at a Senior Management level.
• Successful track record of working in a senior Estates maintenance role within an environment of comparable scale and complexity.
• Experience or working with specifications and contract documentation where applicable, or substantial experience of managing a large and complex multi-disciplinary in-house team.
• Experience of financial, budgetary and negotiating and managing large contracts.
• Project Management, review complex technical specifications and drawings.

Job Details;

• You will be paid £50ph ph on a 37.5 hour week.
• the role is 6-12 months temp to perm
• You can can be paid Umbrella or PAYE
