You will work closely with the Registered Manager and the rest of the team to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for the people you support.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management of the service
• Support and supervise staff to ensure effective service delivery
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff
