Design Engineer (Medical Device Consumables)WarwickHybrid working£30,000 – 40,000 + Bonus + BenefitsAs Design Engineer ( Consumables Engineer ) you’ll be involved in the whole design and development process from initial concept to manufacture. As a key member of the Consumables design team the Design Engineer ( Consumables Engineer ) will respond to commercial briefs for product changes and product specifications, developing innovative ideas for new and existing products.Quanta Dialysis Technologies is on a mission to make dialysis accessible to every patient in every setting with its innovative QDS system. With its compact size, intuitive design and GUI interface, and proven performance, QDS offers a portable solution that delivers powerful clinical outcomes.As the preferred candidate for the role of Design Engineer you’ll have:

• Relevant qualifications in materials or design engineering with a strong materials bias
• Experience in the design and development of products in a regulated industry including but not limited to one of the following: Medical Devices, Defence, Aerospace, Automotive
• Experience with high volume manufacturing ideally injection moulding and post moulding assembly.
