They manage everything from sales and financing to installation and post-sale services.Projects: Photovoltaic and Battery Storage Systems residential and small business sectors.Work Role: Leader of design and development team of PV & BESS.Place of work: Mexico City, MexicoWHAT WILL YOU DO?Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the selected candidate will lead the Design & Engineering team (Surveyors, PV/BESS Designers, and Cost Analysts), managing:

• Daily team operations, from preliminary design of PV/BESS to detailed engineering and cost analysis;
• Compliance of projects and solutions with local regulations, industry standards, and internal best practices;
• Collaboration with Project Managers, Sales, and Procurement to ensure effective project delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction;
• Development of processes and tools to enhance workflow efficiency, accuracy, and innovation;
• Implementation of cost calculation and analysis methodologies to improve project cost-effectiveness.;
• Design of stand-alone or hybrid storage solutions, fostering the team’s technical growth;
• Monitoring industry trends in PV & Battery technology, integrating new advancements into projects;
• Periodic evaluation of the company’s cost structure, identifying and implementing strategic improvements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field;
• 2+ years of proven experience in managing technical teams in energy, construction or a related industry;
• 4+ years of strong technical knowledge of Distributed Generation PV and energy storage system design and cost analysis;
• Design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, Aurora, Helioscope) and industry-specific tools;
• Experience in conducting audits, evaluations of installed systems and/or having done commissioning protocols and plant configurations;
• Fluency in Spanish;
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities;
• Willingness to move in Mexico City.
