As a part of Product Supply, AMSAT plays a crucial role in this journey. PS AMSAT supports our global & local production sites by optimising and developing future manufacturing of injectables – while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. The area employs 1300+ colleagues, and your main place of work will be in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area.The positionWe offer an exciting opportunity to obtain valuable insights and learnings within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), critical activities and the future manufacturing processes. This is a challenging 1 year fast-track learning journey where you will receive on-the-job learning opportunities while being part of a larger programme with many stakeholders.The AMSAT Development Academy, is committed to providing you with a comprehensive learning experience that will prepare you for a position and rewarding career in PS AMSAT & Novo Nordisk. You will be a part of team that consists of ten highly qualified and engaged professionals who will take part in this journey.The programme is structured around an intense onboarding month where you will receive initial training within the various disciplines related to manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. This is followed by two rotations within PS AMSAT, production sites in either Denmark, France, Italy, Brazil, US or China or other manufacturing related areas.This journey will enable you to accelerate your career within pharmaceutical manufacturing and build a strong network across Novo Nordisk, Product Supply, AMSAT and our production sites.Within your rotations, you will be responsible for executing tasks and projects as well as supporting in more complex cross-functional assignments. The scope and content of the projects vary according to ongoing activities across PS AMSAT and will be matched with your educational background and competencies.The practicalities:

The candidates who are not invited for an interview will be notified by e-mail.Step 2 – end April: Shortlisted candidates will receive an event invite for 02-May-2025, where they will take part in assessment day and get a chance to learn more about the Development Academy & Novo Nordisk.
