Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionYour tasks:► Component design evaluation and development concerning assembly and interconnection technology focusing on soldering on PCB► Lifetime description of solder joints based on modelling or experiment► Usage of big data methods in order to increase quality and efficiency► Work in cross-functional simultaneous engineering teams, with product development teams and manufacturing engineers, both locally and internationally.► Setting up and evaluating experiments.► Support problem solving for series production► Proper documentation of activitiesQualifications► Master degree in the field of engineering (eg: chemical, mechanical, electrical, material engineering)► Experience in the field of assembly and interconnect technology (SMT, THT soldering) is an advantage► Knowledge of statistical methods is an advantage► Good communication skills in English► Precise working style► Self-motivated team player with strong desire for continuous learningAdditional InformationGet to know our #LikeABosch benefits.We would like to help you GROW, so we offer you:
